Lighthouse Path Coaching exists for the purpose of allowing anybody to fulfill their goals, always in alignment with their values and with special attention to their health and wellbeing.

A lighthouse is used to guide boats to their destination avoiding hazards. For organizations and individuals, values serve a similar purpose allowing them to navigate to the achievement of their goals.

It is important to remember that a lighthouse cannot exist without a path to get to it. That is the purpose of coaching: enabling clients to discover and express their values. In alignment with values, clarity blooms to define and reach goals.

Interview Preparation

Preparing for interviews is daunting and a never ending process. Our approach balances mentoring about techniques and coaching giving the candidate the tools to be confident and resourceful during any kind of interview. We include mock interviews to elicit self-efficacy in candidates through the interview process.
